
All rates are in US dollars for single or double adult occupancy and do not include a 14% hotel tax and a complimentary breakfast served Villa La Bella style between 8:30- 10 AM. Monday breakfast is coffee only. Breakfast Tuesday- Sunday is coffee, tea or juice; local sweetbread; fresh seasonal fruit and a main dish.
Cancellation policy and disclaimers: Half payment is required to reserve your accommodations. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival (60 days for holidays.) Cancellations via email (no phone calls) must reach us 45 days prior to arrival (75 days for holidays) for any refund. A one-night’s stay per room is nonrefundable for securing your reservation. Rates are subject to change without notice until deposit has been received.
Fees incurred for payments made via wire transfer, PayPal or any other payment method are the responsibility of the renter. We will let you know the amount of the fee, which will be due in cash on arrival.

Trip insurance is recommended when traveling to the Caribbean to protect your investment. If the Cancun airport is open and the ferry service is running, we will be in operation.
Health regulations do not permit guests in our kitchen for any reason. Pack light as you are responsible for handling your luggage.
Each guest room has a personal safe. We encourage you to leave valuables at home. We are not responsible for the loss of any personal items.
Bar tabs can be paid in pesos or dollars; however, we offer a 10 to 1 exchange rate on US dollars. To take advantage or the current rate, exchange your money for pesos in town at the Casa De Cambio on Hidalgo near the town square, the airport or at your US bank. ATM’s on Isla dispense pesos as well.
