Villa La Bella Reservation Policy Information

** Please note and read carefully the following information and policy:

Our villa is a multi-leveled, Mexican built, island beach house that is not suitable for travelers with physical disabilities. Our villa is NOT handicapped accessible. Pets and children are not permitted. 

 Please respect others in the house by upholding quiet hours from 11 PM to 8:30 AM. Talking in a normal voice is usually loud enough to wake other guests as many guests  sleep with their windows open. The palapa suites are open air, so please respect guests’ desire to hear the ocean and not you. For these reason and the fact that some guests are on different time zones, ABSOLUTE QUIET UNTIL 8:30 AM in the living room, dining room and pool area. Your cooperation is appreciated.

All rates are in US dollars for single or double adult occupancy and include a 19% hotel tax and a complimentary breakfast served Villa La Bella style between 8:30- 10 AMMonday breakfast is coffee only. Breakfast Tuesday- Sunday is coffee, tea or juice; local sweetbread; fresh seasonal fruit and a main dish. 

Villa La Bella is a small boutique B&B and is significantly affected by cancellations. Unfortunately we find it necessary to adhere to a strict cancellation policy. We suggest you purchase trip insurance to protect your vacation investment.

Cancellation policy and disclaimers: Half payment is required to reserve your accommodations.  The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival (60 days for holidays.)  Cancellations via email (no phone calls) must reach us 45 days prior to arrival (75 days for holidays) for any refund of deposit, and a one-night’s stay per room is nonrefundable for securing your reservation. Rates are subject to change without notice until deposit has been received. Our cancellation policy is non-negotiable, so please make sure you fully understand it before sending payment. Payment in full is due for any one or two night reservation.

Fees incurred for payments made via wire transfer, PayPal or any other payment method are the responsibility of the renter. We will let you know the amount of the fee, which will be due in cash on arrival.

Reservation is not confirmed until a deposit has been received and may not be honored if payment in full is not received prior to our payment policy. It is the responsibility of the renter to use whichever method will assure receipt of payment in time for arrival. For a one night reservation, the entire balance is due at the time of booking.

Trip insurance is highly recommended when traveling to protect your investment. We are not liable for missed/ changed flights, weather, death/ accident/ sickness or other incidents that arise on your part. If the Cancun airport is open and the ferry service is operational, we will be in open. No-shows, late check-ins and early check outs are responsible for payment of the entire reservation.

Health regulations do not permit guests in our kitchen for any reason. Purified water is available for guests without entering the kitchen.

Our crew will gladly assist with your luggage to and from your room during regular business hours and a total of fifty pesos will be added to your tab. Check in time is 2 PM and check out time is 11 AM. We are available for check ins between 11 AM and 8 PM unless agreed on otherwise in advance or due to flight delays.

Each  guest room has a personal safe. We encourage you to leave valuables at home. We are not responsible for the loss of any personal items.

Bar tabs must be paid in cash and a 15% tip will be included. Twenty pesos will be added daily to your tab for housekeeping as well as any other incidentals. You are welcome to pay your bar tab in pesos or US dollars at a 15 to 1 exchange rate.
