Villa La Bella Reservation Policy Information

Our villa is a multi-leveled, Mexican built, island beach house that is not suitable for travelers with physical disabilities. Our villa is NOT handicapped accessible. Children and pets are not permitted.

Please respect others in the house by upholding quiet hours from 11 PM to 8:30 AM. Talking in a normal voice is usually loud enough to wake other guests as many guests sleep with their windows open. The palapa suites are open air, so please respect their desire to hear the ocean and not you. For these reason and the fact that some guests are on different time zones, ABSOLUTE QUIET UNTIL 8:30 AM in the living room, dining room and pool area. Your cooperation is appreciated.

All rates are in US dollars for single or double adult occupancy and do not include a 19% hotel tax and a complimentary breakfast served Villa La Bella style between 8:30- 10 AM. Monday breakfast is coffee only. Breakfast Tuesday- Sunday is coffee, tea or juice; local sweetbread; fresh seasonal fruit and a main dish.
